Congress location
The convention takes place in the exhibition centre Flanders Expo and at the Holiday Inn Expo in Ghent.
Apart from the four main exhibition halls, Flanders Expo also has 4 auditoria (with infrastructure for simultaneous translation) that can accommodate up to 120 persons each and a forum for 700. The foyer offers space for stands and catering, and the network café is located in the business restaurant of hall number 1.
The Holiday Inn Hotel is a mere 30 meter away from the halls and has 6 meeting rooms and the atrium which will be the setting for the opening dinner.

By car
Flanders Expo is in the direct vicinity of exit 14 along the E40 Highway (Brussels - Ostend).
Public Transportation
The Belgian Railways (b-rail) have direct connections from all major cities tot the main railway station of Ghent (Gent Sint Pieters). From there on tram number 1 (De Lijn) takes you right to the expostion centre (terminal).
International
Brussels National Airport is only 50 kilometres away and has its own railway station with direct connections to Ghent. Shuttle between Ghent and the airport will also be provided both ways. Moreover, the high-speed trains Thalys and Eurostar take you directly from London and Paris to Ghent. Taxi service is available as well.
Parking facilities
Parking 7A offers space to all conventioneers. If you are staying overnight at the Holiday Inn Expo the hotel parking lot can be used.
