The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
FIABCI is an international professional association active in the real estate business.
FIABCI exists since 50 years and is based in Paris.
FIABCI operates in 60 countries spread all over the world.
FIABCI is composed by 48 chapters all over the world and comprises 3.400 regular members (persons or companies), 40 academic members and 109 national associations that represent 1,5 million real estate professionals.
FIABCI is represented at the Economic and Social Council by the United Nations (ECOSOC) with a NGO statute.
FIABCI is an organisation linking thousands of real estate professionals worldwide, representing every discipline (leisure, offices, industrial, retail, rural, …).
The purpose of FIABCI is to enable participants in the real estate business, to improve the quality and competitiveness of their activities through the sharing of knowledge, information and business opportunities at local, national and international level.
The FIABCI members are consultants, valuers, financiers, developers/builders, agents, managers, bankers, architects, insurance advisors, lawyers. Persons of the public and educational sector are also members.
FIABCI consists of four regional committees that provide a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences related to the real estate activity across the world:
- Africa region
- Americas region
- Asian-Pacific region
- Europe and the Near East region
FIABCI is a multilingual federation, whose members communicate in five languages : English, French, German, Spanish and Japanese.
