Conseil européen des Professions immobilières (CEPI)

CEPI (Conseil européen des Professions immobilières), is a non profit international association, with its headquarters in Brussels and operating under Belgian Law. It presents 180.000 professionals who are all members of one the 32 professional national associations in 22 EU countries, gathered within CEAB (Confédération européenne des Administrateurs de Biens) and EPAG (European Property Agents Group).

The objective of the association is to be the main point of reference and convergence for the European real estate professionals.  It also contributes to the structure and development of European cross-border services and transactions of a mainly residential nature.

Five areas of activity support this objective :
- lobbying at both national and European levels
- communication with, and between, real estate professionals
- eduction and training for both new recruits and professionals
- research
- initiation of its own projects
